6.1 E3-Pro Assembly Quality Release Flow

Purpose

Define the standard quality decision flow for a newly assembled E3-Pro after manufacturing completion.

Standard Location Pattern

• input from WH/Production Output
• QA execution in WH/Quality
• released unit moved to WH/Finished Goods

Quality Checks

The note currently specifies these checks:

• visual inspection
• functional testing
• confirm component IDs match

Decision Flow

• PASS: move the FG serial to WH/Finished Goods
• FAIL: route to rework or scrap according to the disposition decision

Expected Result

• the FG unit is not saleable before QA
• the release decision is visible in the movement flow
• the quality step confirms both build quality and identity consistency
