4.1 CKD Warehouse To Production-Line Move

Purpose

Define the standard Odoo internal movement that takes one CKD package from warehouse stock to the assembly operation for one finished-goods build.

Standard Location Pattern

• OVT/CKD Materials: CKD storage
• OVT/Assembly: assembly line or production-line issue area

Workflow

1. open the manufacturing order
2. run availability and reservation for the required CKD package
3. create or validate the internal move from OVT/CKD Materials to OVT/Assembly
4. confirm the selected CKD package is no longer available in warehouse stock
5. make the package available to the assembly operation

Expected Result

• one CKD package is allocated to one MO
• the package remains traceable by lot
• warehouse stock is reduced by the issued package
• assembly now holds the package that will be consumed in production

Control Rule

Use the stock move and location flow instead of manual inventory adjustment.
