This folder holds progressive architecture decisions for this repo.

Use numbered ADR files such as 0001-title.md, 0002-title.md, and so on.

Create ADRs here when the repo settles decisions such as:

• canonical lifecycle object model
• lot versus serial tracking strategy
• system-of-record ownership across ERP, MES, WMS, and QC tools
• release and quarantine state transitions
